Replacement covers · Proposed pilot scope

A new cover.
The right foundation.

Custom replacement cushion covers for outdoor furniture, reviewed around the insert you already have.

01

What a cover-only
project means.

A sewn outer cover, specified for a particular insert.

A box-style cushion cover has top and bottom panels joined by side boxing, with an agreed opening for inserting the foam. It is different from a loose rain cover, a stretch furniture slipcover or a filled cushion.

Covers only. Foam, furniture, local assessment and installation are excluded from the proposed sewn-cover supply.

Keep the first project
straightforward.

For reviewWhat we need to establish

Square / rectangular seat covers

Stable insert dimensions, sound solid foam and a regular box construction.

Box-style back covers

Stable solid-core inserts. Loose-fill, feather and deeply shaped backs are outside the initial focus.

Bench covers

Regular construction and project-specific feasibility; this is not a verified range of bench products.

Complex curves, joined seat-and-back units, button tufting, elaborate pattern matching and urgent projects are outside the initial pilot focus. Piping, ties and other details are only included if specifically reviewed and confirmed.

03

The insert sets
the starting point.

Inspect it in person

The original insert must be assessed for support, shape, dryness and deterioration. Retain batting only if suitable and include it in the measurement record.

Reuse or replace the foam?

Measure each one

Give every insert an ID and retain its original values and units. Finished cover dimensions and sewing allowances are determined during pattern review, not by applying a blanket deduction.

Prepare the measurements
04

Approve the whole
combination.

One approved pattern, one specified material, one corresponding insert group.

Each initial pattern and fabric combination is intended to receive a complete fit sample in the proposed production material. The US team tests the fit, records the result and agrees any correction before remaining covers are cut. The approved record should identify the drawing version, fabric SKU and batch, sample, insert IDs and approving person.

A sample is not a blanket compatibility guarantee for every insert from the same furniture brand. Changed foam, different batting or a different fabric requires review.

05

A quotation with
the details attached.

Quantities and pattern counts are reviewed rather than accepted under a public minimum. One cover is one piece: a seat and a back cover are two pieces.

  • Material identity, quantity and construction options.
  • Pattern development, sample making and any revision work.
  • Whether the accepted sample counts toward the final quantity.
  • Sample freight, production freight and import responsibilities.
  • Stage-specific timing, payment, changes and remake arrangements.

The intended production arrangement is materials, pattern development and sewing organised in China, with insert inspection, measurement, sample fitting and installation handled by your US team. Supplier and sample validation are still in progress.

No website dimension entry is a cutting instruction. No payment is collected through this website.
