How it works · The intended project process

A sample first.
A shared decision next.

A clear sequence keeps measurements, materials and production approval from becoming the same thing.

01

Your first project.

  1. 01

    Share the project

Start with your company, approximate cover count, insert condition and destination ZIP. Measurements and photographs can follow.

  2. 02

    Confirm the proposal

Review structure, exact material, on-site responsibilities and delivery feasibility before agreeing any paid work.

  3. 03

    Make the fit sample

Separately approve the sample scope, development, costs and shipping. Use the proposed production fabric for each pattern.

  4. 04

    Test on the US insert

Your local team fits the sample on its identified insert, records photographs and requests any necessary correction.

  5. 05

    Decide on the remainder

After the fit result is accepted, choose whether to proceed and approve the exact drawing, fabric, batch and remaining quantity.

  6. 06

    Check, ship and install

Check the agreed version and cover IDs. Ship under confirmed terms; your local team installs and records acceptance.

The current website collects pilot project interest. A fit-sample offer is made only after feasibility, material supply and delivery arrangements have been confirmed. We do not take sample payments online.

02

Before any
paid sample.

An independently approved scope, not an automatic order.

A written sample proposal should identify the pattern, proposed fabric, included development work, sample quantity, checks and shipping. It must also explain revision charges, whether the sample counts in the final set, whether any later credit applies and what happens if you stop after sampling.

Your first submission can be approximate. A human-led technical review then requests per-insert dimensions, photos, batting, frame space, opening positions and other construction details. The pattern maker sets finished dimensions and allowances.

Your first paid decision would cover the agreed sample work only. A sample approval does not place an order for the remaining covers. You decide on the remainder after reviewing the fit result; any committed sample costs and later credits must be stated in the proposal.

03

The three approvals.

01

Material

Confirm physical appearance and exact documented fabric. Availability and batch are checked before committing.

02

Fit sample

Your on-site team fits each proposed pattern/material combination on the corresponding US insert and records the result.

03

Remainder

After fit approval, you decide whether to proceed. Freeze the drawing version, fabric, batch, insert group and quantity before cutting.

04

When the sample
needs another pass.

A sample that does not fit is reviewed against the original site information, approved material, drawing and actual result. Agree the cause, required correction, cost responsibility and next sample step before proceeding. Remaining production stays on hold.

Manufacturing deviations, incorrect materials, incorrect patterns and our own engineering mistakes are distinct from measurement errors, changed inserts and requested design changes. Signing a sample does not remove responsibility for our own errors.

From approved sample
to a checked set.

Record and check

Retain insert and cover IDs, approved version, material identity, quantity, construction checks and agreed tolerances. If any approved element changes, review the affected items again.

Ship and install

Confirm the shipment, import and payment arrangements before dispatch. Your US team receives, fits and installs the covers, records issues and retains packaging evidence if transport damage is suspected.

Stage-specific timing is agreed when the necessary information, materials and approvals are ready. No fixed lead time is promised here.
