Good foundations.
New possibilities.

The starting point is a sound insert and a straightforward construction.

Our pilot focuses on reviewing square and rectangular box-style covers: seat covers, stable solid-core back covers and suitable bench projects. Every project is assessed before a sample commitment.

Each seat cover and each back cover counts as one piece. Six seats plus six backs is twelve covers.

A sample comes
before a set.

“The right point to approve the fit is on the insert it will actually cover.”

We are developing our material, sample and production arrangements. Actual construction photographs and validated samples will be published when available.

The intended process uses a complete fit sample in the proposed production fabric. A fabric swatch alone cannot confirm how a cover fits.

Share your fabric preferences. Documented material options, sourcing, physical swatches and availability must be confirmed for the project before an order.

How material selection will work
05

One project.
Clear decisions.

  1. 01

    Share the project

Start with your company, approximate cover count, insert condition and destination ZIP. Measurements and photographs can follow.

  2. 02

    Confirm the proposal

Review structure, exact material, on-site responsibilities and delivery feasibility before agreeing any paid work.

  3. 03

    Make the fit sample

Separately approve the sample scope, development, costs and shipping. Use the proposed production fabric for each pattern.

  4. 04

    Test on the US insert

Your local team fits the sample on its identified insert, records photographs and requests any necessary correction.

  5. 05

    Decide on the remainder

After the fit result is accepted, choose whether to proceed and approve the exact drawing, fabric, batch and remaining quantity.

  6. 06

    Check, ship and install

Check the agreed version and cover IDs. Ship under confirmed terms; your local team installs and records acceptance.

A written project quotation

Sample development, materials, sewing, checks, sample shipping, remaining shipment and import responsibilities are reviewed individually. We do not publish a placeholder price or a fixed delivery period.

Local expertise, coordinated production

The intended model keeps measurement, insert assessment and installation with your US team, with materials, pattern development and sewing organised in China after project acceptance.

A few things
worth knowing.

Do the covers include foam?

No. The proposed service is for sewn replacement covers only. Foam, furniture and local installation are not included. Serviceable inserts stay in the United States; replacements would be sourced locally by your project team.

Who measures, fits and installs the covers?

Your US project team is responsible for on-site inspection, measurement, fit-sample testing and installation. The planned China delivery team reviews the information and determines the agreed pattern and construction. Final responsibilities are recorded in each written project agreement.

What is the difference between a fabric swatch and a fit sample?

A swatch helps assess colour, texture and hand. A fit sample is a complete sewn cover used on the actual insert. Production approval records the accepted drawing, material and sample result. These three steps serve different purposes.

When does the lead time begin?

Timing is agreed separately for development, sample shipping and remaining production after the necessary information, material availability, costs and approvals are confirmed. The pilot website does not offer a fixed delivery promise.
