About CushionGrove
CushionGrove is a developing cover-only programme for US outdoor furniture professionals.
Good furniture can deserve another chapter. The details decide how.
The concept is straightforward: when an insert remains suitable, explore replacing its sewn outer cover instead of shipping a complete filled cushion across borders.
Our current work is to develop the material sourcing, sample process and production arrangements needed to make that concept practical for trade projects.
We are collecting project interest while the programme is developed.
This website does not present an established factory, verified fabric catalogue, completed US customer projects or a fixed delivery service. Actual samples and documented materials will be introduced when available.
The intended operating model places client communication, insert assessment, measurement, sample fitting and installation with a US professional partner. Project coordination, materials, pattern development and sewing are planned to be organised in China.
Before any paid sample or production commitment, the written proposal must identify the responsible operating, quotation and payment parties, the production arrangement and the agreed responsibilities.
